I removed hplip and installed the packages hplip- data_3.22.10+dfsg0-2_all.deb , libhpmud0_3.22.10+dfsg0-2_amd64.deb , libjpeg62-turbo_2.1.5-2_amd64.deb , libsane- hpaio_3.22.10+dfsg0-2_amd64.deb , printer-driver- hpcups_3.22.10+dfsg0-2_amd64.deb , hplip_3.22.10+dfsg0-2_amd64.deb downloaded from Debian website and it worked out.
