hpcups_3.22.10+dfsg0-2_amd64.deb , hplip_3.22.10+dfsg0-2_amd64.deb
downloaded from Debian website and it worked out.

  I need to install plug-in in order to scan documents properly. No problem 
with previous Kubuntu versions.
