1. Open Settings > Screen Display.
2. Move the cursor up/down over the list on the left side.
3. Move the cursor up/down over a non-animated part of the window, or over
your desktop wallpaper.
Expect: No difference in cursor smoothness whether the window below is
animating in response to movement or not.
