We are translating CLI apps nowadays, most modern terminal emulators can handle
RTL quite well, there is still some work to do outside the graphical
environment but overall it's pretty safe to do so.
We can mark this one as won't fix, thanks.

Title:
Stop importing RTL translations for CLI apps into Ubuntu

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Confirmed
Status in gnome-terminal package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

While Debian freezes Hebrew translation in terminal, Ubuntu keeps
importing them. It is most annoying and should be stopped.
