Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Settings -> Network -> Proxy 2a. Switch on the proxy 2b. Change proxy configuration to manual 2c. Set http and https proxy ip and port 2d. Make sure there are multiple entries on a list of ignored hosts, for example: localhost,127.0.0.0/8,::1 2e. Press end. 3. If it is possible make sure that the proxy settings have been apllied 4a. Turn off the proxy. 4b. Please tests with proxy settings page left open in a background and with settings closed. 5. Wait. I have not got the time to measure how much time is exactly needed. 5 minutes should be alright. 6. Go to proxy settings and switch ut on. Expected reult: Settings remain the same. Configuration is set to "manual" and ignored host list did not change. Actual result: Proxy settings were changed. Configuration is again "automatic" and there are extra commas on ignored hosts list.
