Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:

Usual steps.

Install firefox snap (stable or esr) and enable hardware acceleration.
Minimize browser through panel.
Maximize browser through panel.
(This is the best use-case to detect it although it does frequently occurs for
short time between using the browser casually too.)

Actual results:

Screen feels like crashing/weird colours are produced, i.e, i don't have a
specific word to define it though the attached video should help understand my
issue better.
Only happens if hardware acceleration is enabled.

Expected results:

The browser should work fine how its expected to with hardware acceleration
enabled.
Without hardware acceleration the browser works fine.
The issue is with hardware acceleration probably.

Technical Details:
- Using Xubuntu 22.04.3
- Firefox is installed as snap.
- Using Intel celeron N4500.
- Enabled xfce compositing with vblank mode set off, though without compoisting
also its same.
- Only specific to firefox snap, other snaps and browsers like chromium works
fine.

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
