Same as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome- terminal/+bug/2073881, this is the upstream commit that broke things for Ubuntu: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-terminal/-/issues/8074 . Bypassing the wrapper script with `gnome-terminal.real --class=Foo -- /usr/bin/bash` works, so the issue is definetly with the wrapper script.

Under 24.04 with GNOME Terminal 3.52.0 this command works. If I use rquint@Mrs-Lovett:~$ gnome-terminal -- /home/rquint/Sage/sage-10.4/sage the command works, but I want to use the class option to make the indicator dot in the Dash attach to the correct icon.
