Title:
In 24.04 overwriting a file is difficult to make out text
Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Yesterday updated to 24.04. To update a file by copy-paste is much harder to
read the message printed. I used Nautilus for the copy paste (copying from one
folder to another).
I am attaching copyPaste.png to show the problem
I am using the default theme. Essentially everything is default.
When I upgraded from 23.04 I set it to format the linux partition "/" and to
leave "/home" untouched. So I started with a clean slate for linux.
I seem to be missing something to run journalctl -f correctly.
(I did a minimal installation and minimal seems to be lower than what is
required.)
Edit: I found a workaround. If I hit Cancel and then <crtl>V again, it
might come up with a half dialog (see image). It also might come up as
a complete dialog.
