Tested, it works as expected (the icon isn't shown while switching VS,
but is shown properly).

Bug description:
[ Impact ]
While switching workspaces, Hexchat icon in the app indicator appears
bigger than the normal and in a wrong position then disappears.
Please check the attached screen cast for details.
[ Test case ]
- Run hexchat
- The tray icon should show on the top-right corner
- Use Ctrl+Alt-arrows button to move across workspaces
- The Hexchat icon should stay in the panel without changing position
[ Regression potential ]
Tray icon is not shown at all.
