this patch doesn't seem to match at all with transmission-4.0+ - at
least as far as noble goes it'll probably need to be reworked somewhat
transmission 2.94 is as old as supported versions get these days, maybe
confirm the patch works with that?

Bug description:
Can you add a patch to the Ubuntu package to display sizes with binary
prefixes? Upstream doesn't seem to be interrested in that, but I think
most people would prefer that.
