Bug description:
  Impact
  ------
Ubuntu 25.04 "Plucky" is getting gtk4 today. There is approximately a 25
second delay after login for gtk4 apps to start.

This is fixed in xdg-desktop-portal-gnome's main branch and we'll get
that fix into Ubuntu 25.04 but it might not be until January because
  of end of year holidays.

  I'm adding a gtk4 task.
