It only happens when EOG is opened by clicking directly on an image. If EOG is opened first and then an image is loaded it is correctly scaled down to fit EOGs window. The problem occurs only for some width and height proportions. Some real life examples: 1590x1583 - wrong scaling 1533x1497 - wrong scaling 1510x1523 - OK 1480x1480 - OK 3225x1600 - OK This would suggest that this problem occurs only for images where width is in some small amount bigger than height :/ I don't know if this is related but I get the following error when I run eog from terminal: (eog:8038): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_value_get_object: assertion `G_VALUE_HOLDS_OBJECT (value)' failed ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04 Package: eog 2.32.1-0ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.38-8.42-generic 2.6.38.2 Uname: Linux 2.6.38-8-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Architecture: amd64 Date: Wed Apr 20 18:50:39 2011 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Release amd64 (20101007) ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=pl_PL:en LANG=pl_PL.UTF-8 SHELL=/usr/bin/zsh SourcePackage: eog UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to natty on 2011-04-19 (0 days ago) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eog/+bug/767363/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
