Why don't start indexing once AFTER news where fetched, not once for every message fetched??

Thunderbird will immediately block on any newsgroup with a reasonable amount of new messages. It will consume 100% CPU, slow down the whole system significantly. After a while Thunderbird is grayed out most of the time. You can't access it anymore. Sometimes this lasts for hours. Working with Thunderbird is impossible.
