Confirming, as opening the site with Chromium shows that the banner shown on
the right side should be in place of the blank in the middle and the top
menubar should not wrap.

whenever i open the www.spav.ac.in the site is not showing properly. I
do not know is this a bug or not but it is embressing to me. So i
intended to report a problem to Firefox Help menu. Any one may open
the said site and feal the problem.
