Title:
can't connect to shared files on windows home network

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I can see the computer on the network but when I try to open the shared files
I receive the following error messages
Failed to retrieve share list from server - Unable to mount location - I have
tried everything suggested on the help server. One interesting thing I found
was that when I first reinstall the operating system - I can get to the shared
files until I configure the printer which is connected to the computer with the
shared folders.
