This PDF is "standard" and can be read by: Adobe Reader 10.1.0 (running under Windows XP) Foxit Reader 5.0.1.0523 (running under Windows XP) Fill in any non-empty amount of data in . Save the PDF to a Ubuntu file system (ext4)--not a Windows NFTS file system (fuseblk) [see bug 800921].
