Yes, Docking station for Dell Latitude E-5500. There is a VGA port on the Laptop + on the docking station. Monitor was attached to the VGA on the docking station. Maybe it has to do with the fact that there are two VGA ports because previously (job before) I had it attached to a monitor via DVI cable (no DVI port on the laptop itself, just on the docking station). Not 100 % sure whether I had that issue before because I usually don't even open the display (just leave it closed when putting into the dock).
