Title: Favourited IRC chats should go in contact list. Status in Chat app, and Telepathy user interface: New Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: IRC chats that I favourite in Empathy should be added to the contact list so that I don't have to go muddling through the top bar menus to find them. This would also help me manage them because it'll give me somewhere to do context operations on them without having to use the manage-favourites dialog.
