  New

Bug description:
  I tested this
  Creating User
  Logging out or changing user
  Rebooting then logging 1st time
  But this happens only if i change user when its just created.

  Solution- show dialog when new user is ready
  Couse making From user 1 user 2 and changing to user 2 asks for passw
  but making user 5 and user 6 logging out of user 1 then in user 5 doesnt asks 
for passw and then from user 5 logging to user 6 also doesnt ask- so only 1st 
time new made user asking for passw.
