Bug description:
App Lens 'Rating' filter behaves incorrectly
To Reproduce:
1. Open the Dash, navigate to the Dash App Lens and open the 'Filter results'.
2. Click on the first star
3. Click on the third star
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until when the third star is clicked on the forth
star becomes highlighted (this is a bug)
Desired Resolution:
- If a star is not selected, clicking on the star should select that star and
any stars below it.
- If a star is selected and there are no selected stars above it, clicking on
the star should do nothing.
- If a star is selected and there are selected stars above it, clicking on
the star should de-select the stars above it.
- If all 1 star is selected, the "All" button should always be highlighted.
- Holding the left mouse button down and dragging the point right or left
over the stars should select or de-select the stars.
