  gcalctool:In Financial mode, currency dropdown is incorrectly drawn

  Steps to reproduce:

  Open Calculator(gcalctool)
  Change mode to "Financial"
  Click on the currency dropdown

  Observed this issue a couple times and every time thereafter the
  dropdown worked correctly.
