It shuffles ENABLER_YARR_JIT, adds #if ENABLE_ASSEMBLER around
execAlloc, ENABLE_ASSEMBLER is set on tier1 archs, as is
ENABLE_YARR_JIT. And i don't have a linux box anyway to try this on...
