I managed to get it to work.

I decided I'd try to uninstall LibreOffice and reinstall it again.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
~$ sudo apt-get remove libreoffice
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package libreoffice is not installed, so not removed
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LibreOffice was of course installed, but I did an apt-get install:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
~$ sudo apt-get install libreoffice

Reading state information... Done
