Do you have lot of files in "XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR="$HOME/Vorlagen"? That's
a possible cause for slowness

If that's not that not sure what happens, do you get the issue in a
guest session? Here and for other users nautilus start without noticable
delay (we would have got bug reports if it was taking a long time for
everybody)
