The DTL tech board will start to follow a meeting format for its conference calls that resembles the Desktop Architects Meetings. Meetings will be focused on a single technical topic and non-DTL members with expertise on the topic in question and other stakeholders will be invited to join.
Meetings will be announced 2 weeks in advance on the desktop architects mailinglist, additional participants will be indentified and invited up to 1 week in advance.
