Description:
{{PDFMergerUtilityTest.checkWithNumberTree()}} checks whether all annotions
with a /StructParent have an entry in the number tree. I am adding a check that
it is the same annotation, inspired by the related VeraPDF issue which is about
the same problem (the file there has multiple other flaws).
This will improve further development, i.e. we'll have a stronger test against
structure tree related operations.
