The other issue seems to be fixed as well.
In the past the FlateFilterDecoderStream swallowed any DataFormatException if
some data were already read. But after the refactoring there are some cases
where such a DataFormatException occurs without having read any data. I've
changed the behaviour so that such exceptions are swallowed in any case. The
parser is able to handle empty streams, so that the result shall be the same as
before the refactoring
