Hi Gerrit, thank you for using and blogging about Firefox OS. The problem you are having is with a third-party app that is seldomly discussed in this maling list. This mailing list is about developing and working on Firefox OS mostly. And not really for apps and phone support. Sorry :(
I do not know if the people behind ConnectA2 alpha1 are reading this list, so you could try reaching out to their support (and you can do this for any other app problem too!) by visiting them on marketplace and clicking the "Support Email" button: <https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/connecta2-alpha1> Hint: It is called "alpha1". Programmers like to call early software releases alpha, when they are still in unstable and in testing.
