[b2g] Expose UDP Client socket as nsIEventTarget?

I'm working on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=745283 and am 
implementing it in JS. Does this need to derive from nsIEventTarget, and if so, 
are there any examples?
