A patch is on the way that should turn the tree green again.

Although we've done a poor job merging branches to master lately, this is 
another issue that would've been caught by bug 864178. It's been causing way 
too many issues lately so we really need to fix it to have the environments 
running tests in the same manner. I have a fix working locally, and will 
follow-up in the bug.

We had a bustage pileup on b2g-inbound this morning, and somewhere in the 
middle of that a new Gaia test failure appeared. I've closed the Gaia tree and 
b2g-inbound until we can identify the cause of the new failure.
