I spend 1 to 2 hours in the morning and 30 minutes before leaving just to read my bugmail, including all mails from the SMS Component. Yep this is a lot of time but I think this is part of our job as owners/peers. I could probably do better by adding filtering (especially: bugs that I follow and bugs that come from the watch) but sometimes simple is also good. Another possibility is to allow a time to triage new bugs each week. -- Julien
