Tl;dr: we're ready to lock down 3rd party repo revisions on previous b2g-manifest branches (v2.0, v1.4, v1.3t, v1.3). However, there are two problematic repos.
git://codeaurora.org/platform/external/icu4c refs/tags/android-4.0.4_r1.2 doesn't exist; it looks like this stems from bug 924359, where we switched from linaro to caf. The caf icu4c repo doesn't seem to have this branch. http://sprdsource.spreadtrum.com:8085/b2g/platform/abi/cpp sprdroid4.0.3_vlx_3.0_b2g doesn't exist; this seems to have been the case since the first revision of this file. What's the best way to deal with these?
