Hi,
Please first install prerequisites as it is mentioned here,
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Build_Instructions/Linux_Prerequisites.

After that follow the instructions for ubuntu 13.10, as both are nearly same, I 
do hope you can make it work then :)
also make sure you have your mozconfig file written properly, I have had some 
problem while using a bash script to automate writing it, some letters from 
first line of mozconfig was not getting written, thus build errors, but I think 
your error has to do with some build prerequisites, I hope you can make it work 
then. But from my experience, 12.04 is the best Ubuntu for building b2g or you 
can try the 13.10.
