Hi, I have a Flame running 1.3, and want to upgrade it to 2.1: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Developer_phone_guide/Flame
However, the instructions there aren't working for me (trying to flash the "1.3 base image" - which the page says is necessary - leads to the phone rebooting and getting stuck at the T2Mobile screen; it needs a battery removal to unwedge it). The above page doesn't mention any sources of support. I'm sure there's a Flame users' group, but I can't remember where it is. Can someone direct me?
