Hi all, We've initiated and start developing the support of multi-screen on FxOS months ago, and it has finally come to a good shape for demonstration! A video worth thousands words, please watch our demo at: https://youtu.be/A9QbW-paPZo
So here are some interests about this project: - This is a "1UA, multi-screen" support on FxOS, which says a FxOS device can connect to any external display that doesn't run Gecko, or doesn't have Firefox browser, but still display contents sent from that FxOS device. - In our case (1UA, multi-screen), contents on remote screen are rendered by the primary device, but in the resolution of that external display. - We've implemented two connection protocols, the HDMI cord with a DisplayPort adaptor(wired) and Wifi Display(wireless). - We are not mirroring, simply treat the external screen as a remote displayer, displaying contents sent from the primary device.
