Are you trying to go to lollipop? If you're trying to migrate your own device to lollipop, I wouldn't suggest including base-kk-aosp.xml. That's for kitkat.
Perhaps you may want to take a look at the b2g-manifests and mimic from there : https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/b2g-manifest I believe you should be using either : base-l-aosp.xml or base-l.xml if you want to switch to lollipop.
