I found out the situation. The last known good build is 20150521142045 due to the following blocker bugs:

We need to have these bugs fixed before we change the nightly to point to a newer build. Currently you are on a version ahead of the known good build. Having said that your xml is pointed to the right location; so once we do have a good build, you should be ok for an update.
