    Regen syscalls tables.
    
    This catches up with 692b0ef1506ba which added CAPENABLED to
    clock_nanosleep(). Curiously recent additions of the pdopenpid(2) and
    pddupfd(2) were done before the cited commit, and that regen did not
    included the change.
