Dear sir,
I really appreciate that you did the tool of converting MathML to PDF, but
when I tried to convert MathML to pdf found problem in the following:

<mml:mtable columnlines="solid" rowlines="solid">
<mml:mtr>
<mml:mtd>
<mml:mn>1</mml:mn>
</mml:mtd>
<mml:mtd>
<mml:mn>2</mml:mn>
</mml:mtd>
</mml:mtr>
<mml:mtr>
<mml:mtd>
<mml:mn>3</mml:mn>
</mml:mtd>
<mml:mtd>
<mml:mn>4</mml:mn>
</mml:mtd>
</mml:mtr>
</mml:mtable>
</mml:math>
the column line and row line is vanished in pdf. I think you didn't insert
this case.
