Added `vimcommand` option to specify the location of vim program:
\setupvimtyping[vimcommand=/path/to/vim]
Can also use used to call neovim instead of vim:
\setupvimtyping[vimcommand=nvim]
On my laptop, nvim is amout 10% faster than vim for parsing medium sized
(approx 500 lines) files.
