Actually, this assertion would be bad... Is it happening in a clobber build? If not, then I blame stale stuff left from the xmlextras -> content move. If it does, then we have a problem.
In general, trunk assertions should get bugs filed on them. At least I know I'd like to know when assertions _I_ add fail....
