Hello everyone,
Thoug I am not exactly doing an embedding project, I had a
question related to it. I have tried my luck with XPCOM group but no
good so far. I would really appreciate if anybody could help me out
here..
For the past 1 week I am getting this error of "undefined
reference" to XPCOM entities. Its obviously a linking error.....but i m
not able to get rid of it
while compiling, I provide the following arguments :
-L/home/ssethia/gecko-sdk/lib -lxpcomglue -lnspr4 -lplds4
-lembed_base_s
but still i guess it is not able to find the shared libraries...... is
it anything related to using XULrunner or m I doing anything wrong
while linking. Coz what I learnt from COM technologies was that they
are built in a way that just by including header files n linking to
libraries.......and by looking at the interface you get to know what
functionality you can use of them...... I dont know why I am facing
such a tough time just to link to the XPCOM libraries...... it has
frustrated me for a week now......can someone please help me ...... i
have tried all that I could from my part (except of using
xulrunner)..... any help will be very much appreciated.....
if i sounded weird during what I wrote earlier.......its just coz i m a
novice in the real world .... please help me out here .....
