i'm glad to see this might actually be useful. i have uploaded a zip file with all the project files to www.yousendit.com, you can access it using this link: http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=844E7899290CBB14 this is a very minimal application since the UI is not relevant for my purposes and because I don't really know MFC.
in order to build this project you will need to set the following environment variable or change the project file: MOZSDK_DEBUG=C:\mozilla\ff-dbg-shared\dist @benjamin - i am not familiar with writing articles on developer.mozilla.org. futhermore, there really is nothing more to write other than what i wrote in my previous post.
