Ah, I saw this before, and it makes things a lot easier - now that I've
worked out how to get hold of it.  It seems I need to use GetService
with a contract id of NS_STYLESHEETSERVICE_CID.  However, that's defined
in layout/base/nsStyleSheeetService.h, which is not exported.  Is that a
bug?
