I mean normally, of course, if some websites requires no-cache, or
https protocol is used, etc, content will not be cached. But these
situations are special.

Actually I am confused by the XULRunner's cache, I don't know how to
control it. Maybe Pref can work, but I didn't try it since I don't
even know where is the cache? Or XULRunner will share Firefox's cache?
