errr... excuse me but I feel a little dumb. If OnStateChange is called
also for subframes, where do I get the "right" webprogress object? I
ask nsIWebBrowser for its webprogress interface? (nsIWebBrowser is
able to add webprogresslisteners, so it should be also a
webprogress.. .or not?)

or I ask for webprogress interface to anybody else? who? :)
