No. And I asked specifically about the in-memory back-forward cache,
not the HTTP cache.
If the request comes out of the bfcache, it should have all the form
data automatically. If not, it should get it out of session history.
If this is not working in your case you'd likely have to dig into why...
it works in other embeddings.

It's a simple PERL script
