Thank you for pointing me to my privacy settings Ryan!

I admit that i am too curious to stay in the bubble and have cookies deleted at 
the end of session, if not using private mode anyway, besides other browser 
spoofing. It looks like at least persistant cookies are needed for FF to go 
straight through to the account preferences (sync itself doesn't seem to be 
affected). This collides with my privacy preferences, but at least i know 
what's going on. From my point of view it would be a good thing to have account 
access settings separated from general browser settings.
