The iOS task manager opens to the previously-used app, not the current app,
which means you can immediately switch between the two most recent apps in
task manager without scrolling the list.
We, on the other hand, open the current app.

The iOS behavior provides better usability for switching between two
commonly-used apps. The only advantage to our model is that it makes it
easier to force-close the current app.

Can we modify our behavior to match iOS? Is there a compelling reason not
to? (Disclosure: I'm currently working on the task manager.)
