I tried the ROM as you on Flame.
GPS can work. I get the location in minutes.

The app I used is "Geoloc".
Here is the steps I tried:
1. Put the device near the window.
2. Open Geoloc
3. Click "Start" and check debug log
4. After few minutes, I can get the location.
