Hi Everyone, Today is the official day of Firefox 2.5 release. I feel like there's no mountain high enough for you! Looking at the burndown, I have no other words than AMAZING job !
The engineering team fixed 590 blockers over the period. 41 blockers still remain and we will fix them by the next 6 weeks. Moving forward, we definitely don’t want to renew the experience. The process we adopted since the first release of Firefox OS has shown its limitation and is no longer adapted to our needs. Starting this quarter we want to be closer to master and deliver regular OTAs to our foxfooders. This means that we will have to put in place the right mechanisms for master to stay healthy.
